Orders are processed at our central manufacturing and fulfillment hub in Faridabad, Haryana according to the following schedules:
Standard Catalog Products
In-stock corrugated boxes, standard poly mailers, and sealing tapes ordered before 12:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
Custom & Printed Orders
Custom dimension corrugated boxes, branded poly mailers, or high-volume B2B orders undergo precision die-cutting and printing, dispatching within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Shipping Charges & B2B Bulk Freight
A. Retail & Standard Orders
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on total volumetric weight, parcel dimensions, and delivery PIN code to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
B. Corporate & Bulk B2B Freight (LTL / FTL)
For heavy industrial orders, full truckloads (FTL), or palletized shipments, our dedicated logistics desk coordinates specialized surface transport at negotiated commercial freight rates. Free warehouse pickup options are also available for registered commercial buyers in Delhi NCR.
5. Material Protection & Packaging Integrity
We take extreme care to ensure your packaging materials arrive in flawless condition. All outgoing shipments are bundled with heavy-duty outer strapping, reinforced edge corner protectors, and high-density waterproof stretch wrapping to protect boxes and paper supplies against moisture, dust, and handling damage during transit.
6. Shipment Tracking & Notifications
As soon as your shipment is handed over to our logistics partner, a tracking Airway Bill (AWB) number and direct tracking link are sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also monitor real-time shipment status directly through your My Orders account dashboard.
7. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure your delivery address, landmark, PIN code, and contact phone number are accurate at checkout. Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning an undelivered parcel to our warehouse.
Re-dispatch charges will apply if a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information, refusal to accept delivery, or customer unavailability after 3 attempts.
